This luxurious course features a chicken broth hot pot with a rich, cloudy soup made from freshly slaughtered chicken.Freshly slaughtered chicken thighs and breasts, along with local vegetables, are simmered slowly in our special chicken broth.The menu consists of seven dishes in total: cold liver and chives, yakitori including their signature "momomi" (chicken thigh), and a melting cheese rice porridge to finish.All-you-can-drink for 120 minutes.
